The Garden Suite

My wife, Ericka Olson, and I recently renovated a property in our building in the Presidio Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.

Since going live with the property mid 2023 - it’s become a top 1% listing on AirBnb, a “guest favorite,” has 60+ 5 star reviews & we are “superhosts.” Ericka and I often introduce ourselves as superhosts when meeting new people & point to the badges we constantly wear.

It’s a lovely one bedroom with a large living space and kitchenette. It has direct access to a sunny, private deck and is exceptionally quiet. Easy access to the Presidio national park and the local neighborhoods of Laurel Heights, Inner Richmond, and The Fillmore.
